I did not see this question when you first posted so I may be too late.
I can help you with this but I will need some information first. The questions that first come to mind are:
- how did the shutter come off the house? Meaning did it just lift off the hinge or did the hinge come off the shutter or the house or something else.
- What type of hinge and fasteners did you use?
- Are these shutters functional or for decorative use only?
If you can let me know the answer to these questions that will definitely get us started in the right direction.
